On Saturday, January 14th, the Metabolic Health Foundation held its very first Metabolic Mile event at Albert Park. Individuals of all ages joined in the fun accompanied by their furry friends, getting their steps in for the day. The event emphasised how crucial physical activity, like walking, is for our metabolic health. Walking at a brisk pace or moderate intensity is an aerobic exercise.
