About the Program

We have developed a 3-month intensive metabolic and weight loss program to detect, prevent and address various metabolic health conditions (e.g. diabetes, metabolic syndrome, etc). Metabolic conditions often require a multidisciplinary team care approach, and this can be very expensive for patients in private billing settings. That is why we have developed this program to make this care more accessible and affordable to those who need it.


We take the time to get to know your medical history and lifestyle as well as many other health related factors in our health screening before proceeding with our program. This is to ensure any plans we propose are suited to you.

This program was created so that you can get the help you need with face to face consults with expert medical specialists and healthcare professionals at an accessible cost.


We are here for you, wherever you are located, with regular video consultations with our whole medical specialist and healthcare team to help you reach your goals. We provide ongoing healthcare and medical support along your weight-loss journey.

 

There is also an option to come in-clinic at our Melbourne location for those local.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How can we support your metabolic health or weight loss goals?

    A multidisciplinary team will work collaboratively to help address your metabolic health concerns. You will have a nurse practitioner to  manage and coordinate your care regularly throughout the program. Additionally, through regular in-person or video consults a team of medical and allied health professionals will support you in goal planning around healthy nutrition, physical activity and medical needs respectively.

  • What is the time commitment to the program?

    In order to achieve any of your unique metabolic health goals, we need a minimum commitment of three months. This allows you to see positive changes, improvements in pathology markers, allows for you to properly implement any lifestyle advice and for any potential medication results (should you be needing or requesting medications).

  • Is there a cost associated with this program?

    This program incurs a heavily subsidised fee, currently at $160 inclusive of all your appointments over the three months. 


    Should you be in need of, or requesting medications, these  scripts can be fulfilled at your preferred pharmacy at your own expense.

  • Do I need a referral?

    No referral is needed. You can enrol directly into the program.  

  • How do I attend the appointments?

    You have the option to attend appointments either in person at our partner clinic in Melbourne location or through video-based consultations.
